The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow use by minors.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play only. By subscribing, you authorize those platforms to charge you automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellations must be managed directly through your App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not issue refunds beyond those permitted by Apple or Google.
We may offer a free trial that provides access to premium features for a specified duration. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID or Google account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free trial offers at any time without prior notice.
The Service is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for a registered dietitian or licensed healthcare professional.
Always consult a qualified professional for medical, dietary, fitness, or health-related decisions. You accept full responsibility for your health choices.
The Service may include AI-powered features such as automated meal analysis and personalized coaching. These features are based on your input data and are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee accuracy and you acknowledge all AI output is used at your own risk.
You agree not to engage in unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
All trademarks, software, logos, and content provided by Nutrition Tracking App LLC are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrition Tracking App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration may be conducted remotely by videoconference, by phone, or in person in Pennsylvania at your election. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of the arbitration provision in Section 12 shall be void.
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions in Sections 12 and 13 by sending written notice to info@nutritiontrackingapp.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, account information, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge you have read and agree to that policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
